The screw and trunnion is designed to take higher torque than standard worm drive hose clamps, this gives increased clamping grip for high pressure use. These clamps are suitable for use on hoses and exhaust systems, the thin band design allows installation where pipes run close together, such as manifold Y pieces and collectors.
